Rested & Rising is an 8‑week, gentle-reset program designed for women navigating peri/post‑menopause who want steadier energy, clearer self‑trust, and compassionate routines. Each week follows a simple rhythm- focused 8–15 min lesson, a 10–20 min guided practice, and a doable action supported by a printable worksheet. Content drops every Monday, with optional live circles in Weeks 3 and 7 and three supportive emails per week (Monday setup, Thursday nudge, Sunday celebration). You’ll learn grounding and nervous‑system safety, emotional regulation, grief and identity shifts, soft planning for a “Minimum Viable Week,” kind goal‑setting, gentle fitness, boundaries and scripts, and a final integration plan for the next 90 days. Everything is delivered in accessible formats and hosted on Teachable with a community space for prompts and shares.
